A Workforce Data Quality Campaign paper on the Wage Record Interchange System (WRIS) and WRIS2, national clearinghouses that facilitate state data sharing so programs can match participant information with their state's UI wage records to track whether participants/graduates obtain employment and to calculate their average earnings.  WRIS covers DOL programs and WRIS2 covers an expanded set of education and workforce development programs, including Perkins career and technical education, adult basic education, and TANF.
