OVERVIEW

Beth Simone Noveck and Seth D. Harris, will explore how to best approach digital transformation in the nation’s workforce development system.

Discussion will center around the power of using data analytics and Human-Centered Design to understand areas ready for innovation as well as defining “the right problem”. Beth’s approach to find the “right problem” for initial focus will help leaders break through the confusion and focus on the work. Seth’s workforce background will help apply these principles to the most critical system areas.
