The Board of Directors are meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT at the Hilton Anatole located at 2201 N. Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas, 75207.
There is no cost to attend. Breakfast and lunch are included. The deadline to register for the meeting is 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, August 18, 2025. Registration may close earlier than August 18, 2025 if capacity is reached.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Anatole at a group room rate of $170.00 per night (plus taxes/fees). This room rate will be available through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, August 18, 2025, or until sold out.
