Courses in the paths are developed in collaboration with workforce system and program area subject matter experts (SMEs). SMEs, many of whom are volunteers from NASWA member organizations, play a critical role in determining appropriate content, resources, and accuracy. The result is content that is current, relevant, and tailored specifically to the needs of workforce system and program area staff.
Who We Are
The NASWA Learning team is comprised of Adult Education and Instructional Design experts from diverse backgrounds, each averaging 25 years of Instructional Design experience. Most are master’s level education experts who regularly pursue continuing education in order to remain current in their field of expertise and ensure that all training represents the cutting edge of adult learning methods and practices.
