Data & Measurement by Willem Pieterson
Description
The role of data and measurement. It breaks down in three key sections: (i) setting goals and defining key performance indicators to measure the PES’ performance; (ii) collecting data, either by extracting it from IT systems or otherwise; and (iii) the use of analytics to analyze data and drive innovation. This includes advanced analytics such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and deep learning.
Organization and Innovation
The underlying organizational aspects that either drive or are impacted by ‘data and digital’. For example, organizations have to deal with resistance when introducing new (IT) tools and employees’ roles may change due to digitalization and automation. Second, we focus on other types of (non data and digital) innovations that are relevant, such as agile approaches, and more flexible approaches towards work. Lastly, we focus on obstacles towards change.
