NASWA's Workforce ITSC is hosting a 4-part Transformation in the Digital Age Masterclass Series event titled Applying Digital Age Practices and Tools. Join us for Part 1 of the series on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. (ET). Participants should plan to attend all four parts of the series and add the events to your calendar.

Overview

Learn about the digital government toolset necessary for all public leaders today from international thought leader and educator David Eaves. Participants will explore what is different about leading in this era, the importance of digital age practices and tools to rapidly and continually improve and/or transform government services and policies.
