SIDES Implementation Training – Session 6: SIDES Model Connector

This technical webinar was developed to prepare State Workforce Agencies and SIDES Integrated Partners for the SIDES Separation Information Exchange Re-write Project.

Following this training, attendees will be able to:

• Explain the features of the SIDES Model Connector
• Discuss implementation strategies
• Understand reply and exceptions data received 
• Read the result log and output files

Who Should Attend:

This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff, SIDES Integrated Partners, and software providers. The training is intended for IT directors, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.  

Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
