Overview
The Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute is an initiative facilitated by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration’s Office of Workforce Investment (OWI) and NASWA’s Workforce Information Technology Support Center. The mission of the ACM Institute is to enhance service delivery and customer experience within the public workforce system through the creation of a replicable framework and an on-demand toolkit of resources, leveraging interoperable data and modern technology.
This webinar will provide information on the upcoming ACM Institute multi-phase initiative and how it can benefit you and your state!
