Enhanced Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM) Curriculum Announced

We are excited to announce the release of the newly enhanced unemployment insurance Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM) Curriculum. This expanded curriculum brings together the previous BAM investigator and BAM supervisor lessons into two refreshed certificate programs. 

The BAM Investigator Certificate provides a solid foundation for new BAM investigators, with eLearning lessons on BAM fundamentals and DCI (Data Context Interaction) coding, plus an interactive virtual class to practice with realistic cases. 

The BAM Supervisor Certificate provides advanced training for those overseeing BAM operations, with eLearning lessons on reviewing and closing cases, managing staff assignments, signing off on cases, interpreting data reports, and using SQL to query BAM data.
