National Integrity Academy
Dedicated to providing rigorous and relevant training programs and materials to state administrative agencies, the National Integrity Academy provides a series of no-cost interrelated certificates designed to support UI staff seeking to upgrade skills, make career advancements or initiate a career path change.
The Integrity Academy follows instructional strategies to build skills, knowledge and confidence than can impact the advancement of the UI field overall and contribute to the greater culture of integrity. Our experts developed the training modules based on their finding from an in-depth research into the needs of UI professional. Each certificate track includes key topics that, if implemented appropriately into your day-to-day operations, can support improving the improper payment rate.
