The Board of Directors is meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Hilton Denver City Center located at 1701 California Street, Denver, CO 80202.
There is no cost to attend. Breakfast and lunch are included. The deadline to register is 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 16, 2025.

Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Denver City Center at a group room rate of $240 per night (plus taxes/fees). This room rate will be available through 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 16, 2025.
Registered attendees will receive the hotel link to reserve their rooms in their event registration confirmation email.
- Room Guarantee: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled at least three working days prior to your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded when cancellation is made within the correct timeframe.
