The Administration and Finance Committee is meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Hilton Denver City Center located at 1701 California Street, Denver, CO 80202.

The cost to attend is TBD. Two breakfasts and one lunch are included. The deadline to register for the meeting is 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 16, 2025.

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Denver City Center at a group room rate of $240 per night (plus taxes/fees). This room rate will be available through 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 16, 2025.

Registered attendees will receive the hotel link to reserve their rooms in their event registration confirmation email.

  • Room Guarantee: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled at least three working days prior to your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded when cancellation is made within the correct timeframe.
