What federal and state policies will help drive innovative and successful apprenticeship expansion strategies? How do current federal legislative proposals line up? What partnerships are key to apprenticeship success, and what role can state workforce agencies play in driving apprenticeship as a reemployment strategy in the newly emerging economy?
