With an increase in demand for services, yet fewer resources available, technology plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing services. Find out how states are using technology and the power of data to improve service delivery to their customers – both job seekers and employers. The panelists will discuss a range of technology initiatives involving such things as artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, as well as lessons learned and how the use of technology has positively impacted service delivery.
