Remuneration & More
Why and how to respond to the request for remuneration, will be covered in this workshop. Integrity is everyone’s responsibility. We will cover the Federal requirements, state information, and fact-finding procedures established by states, as well as review cases to give hands-on experience from the perspective of the needed facts. We will also discuss the new Temporary Help fact-finding flow in SIDES. This is your opportunity to hear from experts and ask questions about the process from the TPA, State and DOL perspective!
