Project Planning & Resources
In this session, we will discuss the activities surrounding planning a project, and how it affects Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This includes a review of the definition of a Software Development Lifecycle; who is involved in the project and planning phases; why you need a plan; managing resources; and some common tools used in IT projects. This is a high-level review of information provided by NASWA UI ITSC in the Business Analyst Bootcamp Training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Training and the UI Business Process and IT Modernization Guidebook and Wiki (available on the UI ITSC website).
