Effective UI Workflow and Considerations for Priority and Scoring
Webinar Details
The NASWA UI Integrity Center is hosting a webinar called Effective UI Workflow and Considerations for Priority and Scoring. This webinar will be held on January 26, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET.
Overview
Developing an effective workflow for UI claims and investigations that includes prioritization and scoring mechanisms requires a multi-phased approach. Careful analysis of all areas potentially affecting the incoming flow of work is critical to creating an effective process.
This webinar will examine areas where analysis should take place throughout the process. We will also explore sources of barriers and bottlenecks for an effective prioritization/scoring model and how to mitigate them. The goal of the webinar is to introduce a workflow model that can be used by states looking to evaluate and update their overall workflow processes.
