Mastering dX: Helping Leaders Tame the "Permacrisis"
Webinar Details
The Workforce ITSC 'Mastering Digital Transformation (dX)' monthly webinar series will run from February through September this year. The series will explore the critical roles and skills public workforce leaders need to champion digital innovation in service delivery while mitigating potential risks.
Join us for the first session, Helping Leaders Tame the "Permacrisis", on Thursday, February 29 from 1:30 - 2:15 p.m. ET.
OVERVIEW
The first session in the series will feature expert panelists discussing Wharton Psychologist Adam Grant’s use of the term “permacrisis” to describe the change and uncertainty in today's workplace. The panel will explore how leaders can accelerate digital transformation to help break through the permacrisis and create a sense of purpose that motivates professional staff to innovate and move forward positively. They will explain how introducing “challenge stress” can present an opportunity to transform the workforce development system and positively engage staff in a better future vision for themselves and those they serve.
