This webinar was developed to discuss the fundamentals of the State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES).
Following this training, attendees will be able to:
- Discuss how SIDES impacts unemployment insurance integrity
- Provide an overview of the six SIDES exchanges and their functionality
- Explain the benefits of SIDES for states and employers
- Understand how SIDES is governed
- Know how to access NASWA Learning
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff, SIDES Integrated Partners, and software providers. The training is intended for state workforce administrators, UI and IT directors, UI benefits and tax managers, adjudication managers, appeals staff, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.
Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
