This webinar was developed to prepare State Workforce Agencies for the SIDES Separation Information Exchange Re-write Project.
Following this training, attendees will:
- Preview the E-Response redesign
- Learn strategies for improving SIDES Help Desk interactions
- Explore methods for notifying E-Response employers of outstanding requests
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff and software providers. The training is intended for UI and IT directors, UI benefits and tax managers, adjudication managers, employer relations staff, state SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states.
Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
