This technical webinar was developed to prepare State Workforce Agencies and SIDES Integrated Partners for the SIDES Separation Information Exchange Re-write Project.
Following this training, attendees will be able to:
- Understand how webservices is used for SIDES communication
- Explain the message level and transmission level security
- Discuss the system disaster recovery plan, including recovery point objective (RPO) and recovery time objective (RTO)
- Determine successful implementation strategies of Single Sign-On (SSO)
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff, SIDES Integrated Partners, and software providers. The training is intended for IT directors, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.
Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
