SIDES Implementation Training – Session 9: Testing and Production Readiness Review

This webinar was developed to prepare State Workforce Agencies and SIDES Integrated Partners for the SIDES Separation Information Exchange Re-write Project.

Following this training, attendees will be able to:

• Write test scenarios related to SIDES
• Understand the scope and steps of the Production Readiness Review
• Discuss the key areas of functionality to be tested

Who Should Attend:

This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff, SIDES Integrated Partners, and software providers. The training is intended for IT directors, UI benefits managers, adjudication managers, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.  

Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
