SIDES Training Seminar

The 2017 State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) Training Seminar is a gathering for state unemployment insurance professionals and employers/third party administrators who are partnering with SIDES to ensure UI program integrity. The training seminar will highlight best practices used for both process and technological solutions.  Some of the workshop topics will include the effort for implementing additional SIDES exchanges, state strategies for engaging employer participation in SIDES, dos and don’ts of implementing the SIDES single sign on option, and fact finding 101 for employers and TPAs.  Attendance is encouraged for UI Directors, UI benefit managers, adjudication managers, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts and programmers and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.
