The Aligned Case Management Institute Round 2: Informational Webinar

NASWA's Workforce IT Support Center (Workforce ITSC), in conjunction with USDOL, invites state teams to participate in a second round of the Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute. An informational webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET.

Overview

Building on the work of the first cohort, this initiative aims to further refine and scale holistic, human-centered approaches to case management. By participating, you will help shape the next generation of aligned case management practices and leverage the newly released ACM Toolkit to guide your efforts.
