The NASWA Integrity Center is set to launch its newly developed Behavioral Insights Toolkit. UI agencies can utilize its wide array of available resources to better understand how behavioral insights can improve integrity and customer compliance through targeted changes of program communications and processes.
In this webinar, you will learn about Behavioral Insights, why it's valuable to programs like UI and how the Toolkit can be useful to address challenges in your state.
