Kansas’ Jennifer Wise Receives Award of Merit for Distinguished National Service
WASHINGTON – Jennifer Wise was announced as the recipient of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Interstate Benefits Award of Merit for Distinguished National Service from the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA). Wise, a Public Service Administrator II at the Kansas Department of Labor, earned the honor at the 2024 UI Interstate Benefits and Federal Programs Training in Pittsburgh, PA.
Wise has been an excellent asset to the interstate benefits program nationally, assisting others and volunteering for projects. A member of NASWA’s UI Interstate Benefits Subcommittee since 2017, Wise serves as a Regional Representative for NASWA Region VII.
