Multi-State Data Collaborative (MSDC) Launches Learn-and-Share Series
The Multi-State Data Collaborative (MSDC) has announced a new state agency-driven Learning Agenda and launched a Learn-and-Share series.
The Learn-and-Share series will broadcast MSDC data project updates, provide support on technical and methodological topics, share information on partners’ technical assistance and services, and announce new funding and project opportunities.
The next Learn and Share session is on November 12th, and will focus on a project that is developing a prototype dashboard to test the potential of securely combining university and state data to measure the link between federal investments in local and regional economies for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies.
The MSDC Learning Agenda feeds into several MSDC activities, in addition to the Learn and Share series, including project workgroups, applied data analytics trainings, research partnerships with universities and nonprofits and dedicated project grant opportunities.
The MSDC is a sector-neutral network of state agencies – including workforce development, human services, unemployment insurance, higher education, and others -- that learn and innovate together around the use of linked administrative data. NASWA is the backbone organization for the MSDC and receives critical support from the Coleridge Initiative and the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association.
