NLx Steering Committee Discusses Strategies and Governance at March Meeting

The National Labor Exchange (NLx) Steering Committee convened virtually in March, bringing together both state and employer representatives to discuss potential updates to the purpose and structure of the committee and the role of NASWA and DirectEmployers (DE) members.

A key component of the session was reviewing the survey results and a member roundtable. Participants were provided the opportunity to engage with the NLx team on priority topics and operational strategies for the coming year. The input provided by members will be used to shape future NLx initiatives and create new opportunities for broad member involvement.
