UI IT Support Center (UI ITSC) Releases Annual Report for FY24
UI ITSC released its 2024 Annual Report, highlighting the year’s accomplishments across modernization, technical assistance, products and tools and education and training. This report showcases how UI ITSC continues to empower states in advancing their unemployment insurance systems and preparing for future challenges.
Highlights include:
- Modernization and Technical Assistance: UI ITSC supported 22 states with tailored advisory services, helping them navigate technology selection, vendor management, and system development. Quarterly calls with 36 states fostered collaboration and shared best practices. Additionally, UI ITSC released a Catalog of Services that details the advisory support available to states, such as IT infrastructure assessments, cloud migration, RFP development, and more.
- Products & Tools: Key tools such as the SUTA Dumping Detection System (SDDS) and OccuCoder were enhanced, with SDDS used by 28 states, and OccuCoder used by 11 states.
- Education & Training: More than 250 participants benefited from training programs like the Business Analyst Boot Camp and User Acceptance Testing, offered both virtually and in person. These sessions prepared states for upcoming modernization projects.
