UI ITSC Delivers Business Analyst and UAT Training to AK and KY
In April, UI ITSC training team brought their expertise to Alaska and Kentucky, conducting tailored training sessions to bolster IT capabilities in both states.
In Juneau, 22 state staff immersed themselves in the Business Analyst (BA) Boot Camp, a hands-on training initiative aimed at enhancing skills crucial for supporting ongoing IT projects. The intensive in-person sessions prepared participants by better understanding their role and responsibilities in an IT project.
The team also virtually trained state staff from Kentucky engaged in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training. This training is integral to Kentucky's preparations for UI IT modernization, offering essential insights and techniques for ensuring smooth implementations.
The Business Analyst Boot Camp for UI Subject Matter Experts provides a structured curriculum designed to empower states in planning and executing UI IT Modernization projects. Through practical exercises and collaboration opportunities, participants gain proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirement development, and vendor management.
The User Acceptance Testing Training caters to a diverse audience, including state Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, managers, and other stakeholders involved in the UAT processes. Attendees learn about the significance of UAT in achieving project success, along with practical strategies for conducting tests and reporting outcomes effectively.
