The Department of Labor is currently seeking a motivated individual to take the role of an Employer Services Specialist I. This position supports the employer community by assisting in setting up unemployment insurance accounts, processing wage reports, processing payments, preparing refunds, calculating annual rates, and providing outstanding customer service on our dedicated phone line to the Vermont employer population. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, effective time management, and attention to detail.
