UI ITSC released its annual report for FY23. The annual report focuses on the previous year’s activities including modernization, technical assistance, products & tools and education and training. Highlights from each section include the following: 

  • Modernization & Technical Assistance: Review of new state projects initiated in 2023 and new efforts to promote modular technologies. 
  • Product & Tools: Update on new versions of SDDS and OccuCoder. 
  • Education & Training: UI ITSC delivered multiple training courses, both in-person and virtually, to states engaged in or preparing for upcoming IT modernization projects. UI ITSC also released online lessons for self-paced learning.
