"Behavioral Insights & Apprenticeship Sponsorship" Whitepaper

In 2023, a small group of NASWA staff on the Policy and Behavioral Insights Teams produced a whitepaper on how to apply behavioral insights to the registered apprenticeship system. Entitled “Behavioral Insights & Apprenticeship Sponsorship,” the paper features a set of best practices based on a series of interviews with apprenticeship leaders in Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and New York. This resource was developed in partnership with ICF and can be accessed through Workforce GPS’ Apprenticeship Building America Community of Practice.
