Fraud Alert 2.0 is Now Available!

The Integrity Data Hub’s (IDH) enhanced Fraud Alerting capability, Fraud Alert 2.0, has arrived!

Fraud Alert 2.0, now available in the IDH production environment, offers a wide range of functionality and user enhancements including the following new components:

• Fraud Alert data will be stored in a database and used for cross matching against all newly submitted claims
• Alerts will be created using various “Alert Types” including a specific “Fictitious Employers” alert
• Users will have the ability to identify specific states impacted by an alert and to control their notifications
• Users can mark alerts as “reviewed” for easier utilization and navigation of the tool
