Launch of the Aligned Case Management Institute: Advancing the Effort Together

Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute: Advancing the Effort Together

On September 19, the Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute: Advancing the Effort Together had its official launch, commencing with the first orientation session involving five state teams. A collaborative effort by the United States Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration's Office of Workforce Investment in conjunction with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies' Workforce Information Technology Support Center, this initiative brings state teams together to engage in a series of interactive sessions focused on transforming and aligning case management systems. Over the next two months, participants will collaborate with industry leaders, prototype potential solutions, and design a state-specific action plan, contributing to the broader goal of modernizing workforce development practices.
