NASWA/LinkedIn Partnership

Recognizing that online networking is key to connecting talent and opportunity in today’s digital age, NASWA and LinkedIn have partnered together for years to deliver value to jobseekers and employers across the country.

Did you know? Through the NASWA/LinkedIn partnership, every state labor exchange system in the country is connected to LinkedIn through the National Labor Exchange (NLx). Every day, the NLx shares state job bank job listings with all LinkedIn members in the U.S. — creating a larger pool of opportunities for jobseekers and increasing traffic back to state job bank sites.

The job exchange aspect of the partnership is core to the relationship and has expanded over time to provide NASWA members and workforce system customers with even more support. To learn more about the impact of the NASWA/LinkedIn job exchange project, see the case study.

What does this partnership mean for NASWA members? State workforce agencies now have access to no-cost:

Additionally, NASWA members have access to an exclusive 5% discount beyond the existing discounted workforce development pricing to LinkedIn Talent Solutions product suite. This offering includes a community of practice, for NASWA members leveraging LinkedIn’s skill-based technologies through this partnership, to learn from each other on the rollout and effective use these tools.
