Wage & Hour Committee Hosted Virtual Roundtable

NASWA’s Wage & Hour Committee hosted a Gig Economy Worker Virtual Roundtable December 12, with approximately 20 members in attendance. Larry Reina (Assistant Attorney General, New York State Attorney General, Labor Bureau) presented on New York State’s recent Uber and Lyft Settlements. Afterwards, members discussed recent laws, initiatives and issues related to gig economy workers.
