Workforce ITSC: A Year of Digital Transformation and Collaboration



Workforce Information Technology Support Center (Workforce ITSC) provides a suite of easy-to-use online tools, in-demand learning opportunities, and advisory services that increase the awareness and capabilities of system stakeholders for leveraging the tools of the digital age to support the administrative and operational components of the workforce system.

Our resources and services are available for: NASWA members (State Workforce Agency Employees) AND Government Partners (Government Employees supporting WIOA programs outside State Workforce Agencies).

Advisory Services

  • ACM Institute Launch: The Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute saw the collaboration of five state teams in interactive sessions aimed at transforming case management systems.

  • 2024 Continued Engagement: The work of the ACM Institute extends into the new year with tailored state team support and the creation of a replicable toolkit, which will be available later this year.

Online Tools

  • Procurement Portal: With over 766 items, Workforce ITSC regularly updates the Procurement Portal with recent Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for states to access.

  • Solutions Marketplace: New vendors and consultants are being constantly added for states to understand available technologies across workforce programs. Learn about the 109 solution profiles featured in our Solutions Marketplace.

  • State Technology Profiles: The State Technology Profiles continue to be a valuable resource with 50 state profiles. We maintain this tool, offering states the opportunity to connect and learn from others who have successfully implemented modernization projects.

  • Knowledge Exchange Library: In 2023, we continued to curate resources in relevant categories, including AI, within the Knowledge Exchange Library. Explore our Automation category to discover resources related to AI!
