Workforce ITSC Steering Committee Meeting

The Workforce IT Support Center Steering Committee met virtual January 17-18, 2023. In additional to hearing updates from staff, federal partners, and other NASWA committees, they were joined by representatives from APHSA who presented on their Digital Benefits Hub. Members closed the meeting with a roundtable discussion that covered technology and data initiatives; challenges and strategies for dealing with executive leadership changes; and how new funding streams are being used for technology and data innovation.
