This is part-two of the NASWA SUMMIT breakout session, “The Great Reset: New Business Models for the Public Workforce Development System.” This session will continue to discuss roles state workforce development systems should play in this era of worker movement, labor shortages, rapid digitization, and a changing higher education landscape, including the acceleration of free college opportunities.
