The world of work in public service has changed in no small part due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Remote working during the pandemic and high demand for their labor in some sectors means many public service workers desire more flexibility and more choice in where they work and grow skills. State Workforce Agencies have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reimagine how people work – boosting productivity and the ability to attract and retain talent, upskill, and retain talent.
