The Aligned Case Management Institute
Overview
The Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute's mission is to aid states in aligning their case management systems, enhancing holistic service delivery and improving customer experience within the public workforce system.
State teams are invited to participate in the second round of the ACM Institute. Building on the foundational work of the first cohort, this initiative aims to further refine and scale approaches to case management. By participating, you will help shape the next generation of aligned case management practices and leverage the newly released ACM Toolkit to guide your efforts. The Toolkit is derived from lessons learned and best practices of the first cohort—offering practical guidance, frameworks and resources designed to help states align their case management systems and improve service delivery.
